North Cronulla is one of over 280 surf clubs and its members are among the 80,000 surf lifesavers around Australia who volunteer their time to keep our beaches safe.  An average
of 10,000 rescues are performed each year by surf lifesavers, who are trained to use rescue tubes, rescue boards, radios, Inflatable Rescue Boats (IRBs), oxygen equipment, and provide basic life support.  Last season, North Cronulla surf lifesavers carried out a total of 148 rescues, 259 first aid treatments and 2728 preventative actions.

Members of our club enjoy activities including surf competitions, patrol and other lifesaving duties, education and training, fun and social functions.  Please see our About Us page for more information on North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club or our  Membership page for more information on the wide range of memberships and activities available.
