North Cronulla Surfclub has a long history of
talented surfboard riders. Recent results include Eliza Roberts in 2003 taking home
the gold in the Australian Surf Life Saving U16 Woman's Board riding event and Jake
Stalker took Bronze medal in the U16 Men's Board Riding event. In 2004 Eliza again
made the finals and took Bronze in the U16 event.
Recent success within the Nipper Boardriding Team claiming the SLS Boardriding Team Title
with Connor O'Leary's Gold Medal in the Under 13 Boys Division from Rory Jenkins Silver
Medal in the Under 13 Boys Division, as well as Justin Riley's Bronze Medal in the Under
14 Boys Division.
Jodie Bruce also claimed the Bronze Medal from the Australian SLS Championships held in
Western Australia in the Open Women's Division.
Throughout winter the North Cronulla Junior Boardriders compete every month.
Boys and girls individual U12, U14, U16, U18 Divisions. All new
members welcome at any stage of the year.
