U/15 Team
Firstly let me say Its great to have a new U15 side this season.  The team got off to a rocky start with there initially be too many competitors and then not enough!  The team started their first carnival with Beth Fulton, Laura Bray, Lucy Mahony, Madeleine Deguara and Sarah Dos Remedos.  They went well getting 27 points.  By the second carnival Ace joined the team taking Sarah's place and the team dropped to 20 points proving the training was paying off.  Finally Jodie Hilliard filled the fifth spot in the team and we had a great team of committed girls!  In thier first carnival they won the Sydney Branch Championships.  At State they knocked off 10 points and came in sixth place which was a great result.  The girls did not compete at the Australian titles but will be giving it a go next season!

U/19 Team
In their last year as U/19 Beth, Lauren, Simone, Emma and Peggy are back for another shot!   The team has had mixed results this season with many interruptions to training and competing due to extended holidays. In January though the team got it together and started putting in some hard training sessions.  At Sydney Branch they beat their bigtime rivals Wanda and tool first place.  At State although winning both head 1 and heat 2 they came in a close second place.  At Australian titles after winning heat 1 and heat 2 on their lowest points ever  there was no way the girls were going to let any one take their gold away.  And they didnt.  In some of the biggest surf conditions the girls have joined the elete by winning an Australian Championship.

Open Team
The team have been competing with some new and old members Fiona and Melanie McPherson, Nicole Mcdonough and back from last season Leanne Fretten and Kristine Whitford.  The team has been competing well considering three are relatively new to their positions on the team.  In February we lost Melanie and Lauren Jones from the U19 stepped in to compete for the Open team.  At State the inexperience of the newer members and some unfortunate events with our equipment meant the team did not make the finals.  At Australian champtionships we went in hard and showed what a tough team we were and claimed second position acquiring the Australian Silver medal.  A fantastic result.
